Thematic Areas

1.Skills development and Innovativeness

​

a) Establish and support education centers, public libraries and recreation centers.

​

b )Promotion of campaign against harmful cultural and traditional practices that impact negatively on human Rights and freedom of worship and choice.

​

c) Identify and implement critical interventions on access, safety and quality education service delivery with strong focus to draw learners out of school children on quality and better impact for the school going in the Republic of South Sudan at large.

​

d) Supporting creative activities in the school such as arts and games and sports, debates and music dance and drama for the learning age and youth at societal level.

​

e) Capacity development to school governance bodies such as Parents Teachers Association (PTA), School Committee Management (SCM) and Board of Governance (BoG) on values of participatory planning to enhance quality basic education.

​

f) Promoting reading to learn programs through provision of reading materials to enhance learners reading culture.

​

g) Promoting and lobbying for resources to enable conducive learning environment for school going age and Civic education on rights and duties of the citizens

​

h) Livelihood skill development in Afforestation, farming, agro-economic and food conservation.

​

2.Helping the needy

​

a) Undertake social research to establish challenges facing Christian youth and elderly mother in their Christian life.

​

b) Advocating for assistance for the needy to enable equal opportunity for disadvantage youths, orphans, single parent, widows/widowers and people living with disability among Christians to promote economic and spiritual growth/development.

​

c) Promotion of girl child education at all level of learning institutions and all levels of government.

​

d) Positively promoting Health education for both boys and girls including teachers and parents through by organization social health clubs in schools were members can be guided on health issues like HIV/AIDS.

​

e) Enhancing religious role and getting possible solution to inequality in the community.

​

f) Advocating for participatory planning at all level of governments and collective income generating activities to fight poverty.

​

g) Advocating for combating gender-based violence/ GBV practices directed to women and girl child that effect their contribution toward national building. 

​

3.Evangelism and information sharing

 

a) Foster responsive preaching and campaigns through media to raise awareness on importance of Christianity and faithful lifestyle that enhances peace building and love among community.

​

b) Strengthening the local actors such as traditional Leaders, County Commissioners, and Payam Authorities efforts in peace building and conflict resolution through forgiveness and reconciliation.

​

c) Early warning mechanism; Enhanced Community Communication systems within the community linked with state systems and public media for awareness raising and advocacy.

​

d) Encourage women and youth in community participation to ensure better coordination, supervision and monitoring of ongoing interventions on conflict mitigation.

 

e) Promoting collaborative dispute resolution through mediation and counselling for individuals and community conflict.
